Visiting this site. Our host, Cloudflare, Inc. in the USA, records each request (IP address, time, page, browser) so the page can be delivered and kept secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in a site that works and is safe. Cloudflare keeps these records only as long as it needs them for that, under its data processing agreement with us. Because Cloudflare is a US company, the records may be processed in the USA: Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and the EU's standard contractual clauses in its agreement apply as well. This site sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and loads nothing from anyone else.

If you write to us. If you email contact@recmory.com, we keep your email and our replies so we can answer you. Cloudflare forwards it to our Gmail mailbox, run by Google. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if you ask about a contract or a step towards one; otherwise our interest in answering you, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the conversation 12 months after it ends, unless the law needs us to keep it longer.

Your rights. You can ask for access (Art. 15), correction (16), erasure (17), restriction (18) and portability (20). Where we rely on our own interest, you can object to the site logs and to our keeping the emails you send us (21). You can complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 77), for example the data-protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
